چکیده:
The nanoparticles CdO and (Gd3+, Lu3+) doped CdO was successfully synthesized via a low temperature (900°C)by sol- gel method using Cd(NO3)2 and Bi2(NO3)3 as starting materials and ethylene glycol as astabilizer. CdO has a cubic system with a=b=c=4.695. in this present study,structure,size and morphology of synthesized particles were investigated by methods including of spectroscopy (SEM),(XRD),(ICP) and (FT-IR) . The SEM micrographs indicate that with adding and changing the amount of (Gd3+, Lu3+) the morphology of the obtained material changed and indicate that the CdO is consisted of nanoparticles with grain size of 150-300 nm. The structural properties of the CdO were investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD). XRD patterns show that with doping the (Gd3+, Lu3+) element, the obtained phase is isostructural with the pure CdO materials. It is evaluated that this work is useful as a basis for the search of nanomaterial CdO and more competitive (Gd3+, Lu3+) CdO based electrical properties. also,we determined cell parameters of unit of cadmium oxide particles by using software CELREF version 3.optical properties of doped and synthesized samples were investigated by the use of transmission spectrum (UV-VIS).in the present study,lanthanide ions Gd3+ and Lu3+ were doped in synthesized CdO nanoparticles and also their new properties were studied.
